We understand commiting to change is difficult, that's why we have answered the most commonly asked questions here!

Question 1: How many people are in the collective?

For the collective we want this to be small group, so we cap our numbers at 5 so that you can get the most attention while working in a collective to reach your goals.

Question 2: Is this in person?

No this is completely remote. There is an option of an in-person Inbody scan but this is not essential to be part of the program

Question 3: How long is the program?

The program is 12 weeks which links to the planner which you are sent. We believe 12 weeks is the right amount of time to make and see positive change in the body.

Question 4: Will I have constant support?

You will have constant access to a nutrition coach and the collective themselves which means you are never alone and will have constant accountability, which is priceless.

Question 5: When does the course start?

Our first intake launches Monday January 6th 2025. Once all spots are taken, we will close the doors on the intake.

Hey, I'm Coach David

I started coaching nutrition clients over 5 years ago. I have worked with 100s of clients with different goals & aspirations.

Having been morbidly obese when I was younger, I know the difficulties clients face when it comes to their busy lives.

But the two biggest roadbloacks I have found over the years with success have been accountability & sustainability. My goal with every client I work with is to help them make the best choices & allow clients have long term success.
